Vegan pizza! That is what we wanted, after having worked out and being a bit tired from waking up early. Comfort food! Luckily there is a pizza restaurant nearby, open at 8pm (Spanish time). Off we went to the Gracia area of Barcelona.

When we first stepped in, it felt like a canteen, put together nicely. Lots of wood and plants, but also bright green colours, no attempt of noise reduction and very bright lights. There weren’t many guests. We sat down and received our menu’s from a friendly English speaking guy. Vegetarian & organic with many vegan options, such as burgers, wraps, snacks but most of all pizza’s! Lots of choice, always a great feeling!

We went for the nachos with carrot cheese as an appetizer and pizzas to share: ‘Quattro stagioni’ & ‘Pizza pesto with spicy chorizo and tomatoes’. The nachos arrived quickly and the cheese was amazing! Perfect texture and taste! Definitely something we are going to try to make ourselves!

The pizzas were also delicious! You must really like pesto with the pesto pizza, but we both do! The other one was a bit lighter. Both were really delicious!

About the vibe, it turned into a lively cosy place after a while of being there, people in this neighbourhood eat late, and the place filled up during the evening, which gave it a really nice buzz! I can’t wait to taste more of their pizzas and the burgers of course. The good news is that they deliver! Or is it… 😉

PS: Holly made a joke about that, that made her laugh uncontrollably, I will repeat it here for future generations.
I asked: “Do you think they deliver?” Holly: “No it’s vegan they don’t do liver!”.
