Another 800 steps and I have met my goal, my thoughts the day I wore my first Fitbit. And I walked circles in the living room to make my Fitbit buzz and happy. This is how it all started. Soon I was involved in step challenges, walked so much more in the streets and not long after decided to go running. There is no doubt it helps with fitness!
I can recommend everybody to get a Fitbit. The interface is great, you’ll learn about sleep, steps and can share it with friends. It gives feedback about your daily habits, it’s so rewarding! The Fitbit is small and aesthetically really good looking – it was one of the best purchases of my life and played such an important role in starting my journey to fitness.
