Setting off further south, we drove towards Pucon, stopping only for well needed supplies (watermelon and strawberries…) on the side of the road.
Finding our lodge for the night was difficult. For some reason – they don’t seem to like signs here. In a tiny place just outside of Linnarres – Rari – we found a great place – ready for some outside living again after our last luxury hotel visit! Cielo Ecolodge.
The huts were made from recycled things – this one was made with mainly recycled egg boxes! Inside was just as eco – and it had a real earthy, wilderness feel to it, with all the modern amenities.
The grounds were idyllic. No sounds, just birds and nature. Perfect.
The perfect quick stop over with a welcoming host – love all the recycled furniture and houses – such a great vibe to the place, and in the middle of nowhere, just how we like it! We even got to see the moon rise over the mountains – how amazing!
