In the middle of the busy Albert Cuyp market you can find this green oase. A place that has a creative, inspiring feel, to relax and spend some cozy quality time.
H/eart.h is the combination of Health and Earth and was started half a year ago by a couple of very enthusiastic and sympathetic Italian guys, Valentino and Marco. They are passionate and attentive, caring to make sure every visitor has a great experience.
The whole interior has been created by themselves from recycled materials. They also have art and streetwear for sale. A combination with a great vibe!
Everyone visiting this place for the first time gets a soup tasting. All the soups of the menu served in little cups. So cute and mega tasty! Really made us look forward to the things to come!
The food has an Italian origin, but is inspired by other cuisines, making it a unique combination. Refined and delicious! Almost everything is vegan, and one of their specialties we did not try is tiramisu, an Italian dessert.
We surely have to come back for that!
