We heard about this hotel on Veggie Hotels, and learning it was all vegan, luxury, and surrounded by nature, we had experience this place for ourselves!
They have only been open since September, so they are still very new. The building itself has been in the Albets family for over 1000 years. Fully renovated, modern inside, with lots of traditional original features, it definitely lived up to the expectation and ‘wow’ factor is guaranteed.
The warm entrance was so appealing, especially as it was cold outside, the friendly staff at reception were receptive and quick to get us checked in.
The rooms were crisp, spotlessly clean, and all filled with eco, vegan friendly products. Even the bed linen and towels were the highest standard, you can tell they have thought about every detail. Everything felt fresh, new, and cosy.
The bath – what a bath! I felt like I was in a swimming pool! So cool. They sell bath products at reception, so I indulged in some bath salts, so nice!
The hotel really is in the middle of nowhere, and nothing around. It is so great for a breakaway from reality, but also with the added bonus of luxury. Waking up to this view outside the window and complete silence is priceless.
Well recommended hotel, 5 star luxury from start to finish, and wait until you see the food they offer!!!
