Recommended by many friends who had visited the city before, the reviews made this place desirable before we had even arrived. Invested in by Blink 182 member Travis Barker, it is one of LA’s hotspots, which is great, because it is full plant based too. On entry, the sultry lighting and grand style interior reminded us of the Chateau Marmont.
We looked at the menu, and like many places here, we actually felt a bit overwhelmed by the choices. It is not often a full menu is plant based, especially ones that look this good! We ordered, and our waitress was nice enough.
The food. Wow. Honestly one of the best places we have eaten, it was tasty, with a great use of flavour and texture. Mouthwateringly good – and we really wanted to take our time to experience every mouthful.
We even got desert, which is very unlike me to agree to, but the chocolate mint sundae just sounded too good to resist this time, and it definitely lived up to expectation.
Great place with a great cosy interior. High class and fast service, with incredible food.Â
