Our last night celebration and reflection night soon came, with a visit to Hanoi, a vietnamese place with great reviews.
The waitress was amazing – she knew exactly which dishes were vegan, told us her favourites and which would compliment each other. We listened and agreed to what she proposed.
While reflecting on the New Zealand trip, what an experience, we both learned so much, the food came. Accompanied by a local wine of course!
The food was incredible and so tasty as promised. Hanoi is a really busy place, with a 1/2 hour wait for a table and no reservations taken, but well worth a visit!
