Walking around Santiago, we came across lots of cool street vendors selling fresh fruit – so delicious! I wish this was replicated more across the world, without them being told to move on by authorities, or being replaced by chains. Most of these vendors sell their fresh fruit or juice from the top of shopping trollies. The truth is, they will probably be providing the main source of income for their households, bringing food & money to their families – a great work ethic, & great fruit too!

Ethiopia has fresh fruit juices everywhere! Mango, papaya, guava, watermelon, custard apple, advocado and more! Mmm.. and a lot of vegan dishes with lentils, chickpeas, spinach and lots of tasty herbs! ?????
