The final destination, and back to where it all began. Santiago! What a time it has been – epic training – in epic places!
We of course had to take advantage of the hotel rooftop pool, which was of course freezing cold, even when it was 30+ degrees in the air…(why do you not like heated pools Chile!?!)
We ran around the city dropping off the bike, grabbing some last minute things, packing up, and it was soon time to head off to the airport, with a stash of vegan empanadas that we FINALLY found – just in time! Adios Chile! You had me at Hola!
