Cannelloni beans (cup full)

Lentils (cup full)ย 

Handful of fresh basil

2 fresh tomatoesย 

Tablespoon of tomato pasteย 


Add all ingredients to a bowl or blender & mash until smoother, but still has lumps

Shape into small pattiesย  or balls, & fry in a pan with coconut oil

Served with rice, peppers & rocket leaves, on a spinach wrap.
